In germany the GEMA (Gesellschaft fuer musikalische Auffuehrungs- und Vervielfaeltigungsrechte) controls the public presentation of music. TV- and radiostations have to pay fees for playing music, shops, restaurants, hotels and also everyone playing music in a public area. Also called gema-freie music, gemafreie music is not the same thing as copyright free music. This music is not in the pulic domain and it is protected by copyright law.
If you use music from RAVEN-STUDIO BERLIN, you hold a license to use for your public presentation worldwide and for all the time. This pages are not in english, but you can watch, listen, order and use the CDs whereever you live. If you have any questions, please contact us by email.
